These terms apply to your use of the CANACIO website. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement.

These Terms of Use govern your access to canacio.com, operated by John Mark Canuel under the CANACIO name in the Philippines. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Website information
The website provides general information about CANACIO and its services. Content is provided for informational purposes and may be changed, corrected or removed without notice. It is not professional legal, financial or other regulated advice.
3. Inquiries and engagements
Sending an inquiry does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary or other professional relationship and does not require CANACIO to accept or respond to a project. Any services, scope, fees, timelines, ownership terms and warranties must be set out in a separate written agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that disrupts service, or use the website to infringe another person’s rights.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, design, code, graphics and CANACIO branding are owned by or licensed to CANACIO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
